UW-Madison Qualtrics - Log-In to Account for First Time

This document explains how to create and log-in to an account for the first time.
  1. Go to UW-Madison Qualtrics.
  2. A page will appear asking if you have an existing Qualtrics account. Select No, I don't have a preexisting account here.

  3. Another page will appear saying that your user was created successfully. Click Sign In.

  4. When the Terms of Service appears, click I accept.

  5. Your new account is created. You should see a page prompting you to create a new project.
