Quick Start Info

·      Automatic TelePresence Connection 15 Minutes Before Event Start Time

·      Remote Participants Automatically Connected (No Buttons to Press) 

·      VGA Video Connection to connect laptop computers for screen sharing

(*Computer or VGA adapters not included) 

·      Table Top Microphones Feature A Mute Switch Toggle, Green Light = Active, Red = Muted 

Getting Setup

·      Turn on Room Lights to First Bank Green Light Switch Upon Entry 

·      Press the power button on the back of the overflow Left & Right Sony TV’s if using screen sharing from a laptop computer on the VGA connection.

·      Use the TelePresence Touch Panel to adjust volume of the remote participants. (Note if the volume of the remote participants is still low at max TelePresence volume they will need to adjust their microphones on the remote side)

·      Use TelePresence Touch Panel to activate screen sharing from a laptop to everyone upon connection of the VGA cable at the front center table.
