Printing (Windows) - Secure Printing to a Canon Copier

Follow these steps when printing a document to enable secure print for that print job.

1. Begin printing your document.
2. Ensure you have selected the Canon copier as your printer.
3. Open printing preferences for the copier. How to do this depends on the application that is printing. For example, when printing from:
   • Office apps like Word: Click Printer Properties below the printer selection.
   • Adobe Acrobat: Click Properties next to the printer selection.
   • Chrome: Expand More settings, scroll down and select Print using system dialog..., then select More settings in the new window.
   • Firefox: Select Print using the system dialog... then scroll down and select More settings.
4. Change the "Output Method" to Secure Print.
5. Click No then OK.
6. Click Print.

To return to normal printing, follow the same steps but select Print during step 4.
