Printing (Windows) - Configuring Secure Print for a Canon Copier

Follow these steps to configure the secure print feature of a Canon copier on your computer.
  1. Open Settings.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, select Bluetooth & devices.
  3. Click Printers & scanners.
  4. Select the copier from the list of connected printers.

    If you do not see the copier in your list of printers, see Printing (Windows) - Mapping a Departmental Printer for steps to connect.

  5. Click Printing properties.
  6. Go to the Device Settings tab.
  7. Under "Other Settings", click the Settings(W)... button.
  8. Enter a PIN of your choosing in the "PIN for Secured Print" field.
  9. Click OK then OK again.
