| GAD-7 | General Anxiety Disorder-7 | A patient questionnaire that asks 7 questions to gauge symptoms of anxiety |
| HIPAA | Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 | Legal standards for disclosing health information that UHS is required to follow |
| HL7 | Health Level 7 | Standard used for transferring medical data such as labs between facilities |
| KB | Knowledge Base | System used for help articles and documentation |
| LTE | Limited Term Employment | Type of staff member that usually has expected end dates for their employment |
| NCDP | National College Depression Partnership | An cross-college organization that works to improve treatment for depression for college students |
| NPI | National Provider Identifier | An identification code that we sometimes put in provider profiles |
| PHQ-2 | Patient Health Questionnaire | Survey issued to gauge symptoms of depression with 2 questions. Scoring high will automatically issue the PHQ-9. |
| PHQ-9 | Patient Health Questionnaire | Survey issued to gauge symptoms of depression with 9 questions. |
| PPD | Purified Protein Derivative | Used for TB Skin Tests. Often used interchangeably with TB Skin Tests by PNC Developers |
| RW | Recwell | Location that Massage Therapy performs appointments at |
| TB Test | Tuberculin Skin Test | Very common test across both UHS and Occupational Medicine. Required for all UHS employees. |
