UW Sysnet currently connects to BadgerNet at UW Milwaukee and UW Madison with our mx10003's.  At each location we have a single 10G connection.  AT&T will connect to 4yr institutions via the L3VPN.  We have a single L3VPN for all SIP traffic at this time.   UW Sysnet BGP peers with BadgerNet to advertise routes into the L3VPN.  UW Sysnet will BGP Peer with 4 yr institutions from each PE router to advertise and receive routes from them.

Engineering of the PE to SBC connection can be designed a bit on a case by case basis.
