Agenda for the Feb. 21 Lumenaries meeting
The next meeting of the Academic and Curricular Planning Groupis Friday, Feb. 21, 3-4:30pm in Bascom 260. This group, also known as the Lumenaries, is for individuals in the schools and colleges who have administrative responsibilities for any aspect of the proposal and approval process for courses, programs, and other aspects of academic structure.

- On-Boarding and Orientation of New Academic Planners (Ella Mae Matsumura and Sara Hagen)
- QA Process
- Revisit since we ran out of time at the last meeting
- Checking curricular requirements, communication with interested parties, etc.
- How do you make sure a proposal is ready to leave the school/college and be published in Guide?
