The UHS Sexual Health Clinic is a primary specialized health care facility for the screening and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Most services are prepaid as part of tuition and fees.
All services and clinic medical records are strictly confidential. HIV testing may be done confidentially or anonymously. Minors do not need parental consent for testing or treatment.
The Sexual Health Clinic does not provide contraceptive care, pregnancy screening, marital exams, routine gynecological care, or other primary care. Women may contact the UHS Women’s Clinic for these types of appointments.
