The mission of the Canopy Center, Inc. is to prevent child abuse and neglect, strengthen families, and promote healing of those affected by abuse, through the provision of culturally competent and diverse professional, volunteer and peer services
Families United Network is a child abuse treatment and prevention agency. Members offer an exchange of ideas and emotions in order to better their parenting skills. Offers support groups and groups for children.
There is a 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Stress line; an active listening line available for parents, caretakers, or victims of abuse who need to talk or find community resources.
The Oasis Project is a program for victims and families of sexual abuse, including incest. Oasis has groups for children ages 4-18, groups for their parents, groups for adult survivors of childhood abuse and groups for offenders.
