Sends out forms to individuals who wish to donate their bodies. Only an entire body is accepted (must be an intact body, not parts). Bodies are kept for 2 to 3 years and are used for educational purposes, not research. Advance registration is required. Acceptance of a donor body at time of death is based on physical condition. Note: Body donation form is not available on-line. You must call, write, or email to request form
After use, body is cremated at university expense. Ashes will be sent back to the family if requested. No payment is made to family of donor.
