External resource for printer repair
There is no campus resource for repairing printers. For printer repair, other than installing supplies such as toner, rollers, pads and fuser kits, contact:

- Waisman IT can assist you in diagnosing the problem.
- If it's likely due to a warn out consumable supply that is intended to be replaced by the user (toner, rollers, pads, fuser kit, belts, filters, etc.), we will order the supply and assist you with installing it if needed.
- If it's not likely to be a consumable supply (i.e. a part that's not normally replaced by the user) we will recommend repair or replacement based on the type of printer and workload.
- For repairs or if we can't diagnose the problem we will contact Premier-Printer if you approve and provide funding.
