Cancellation Guidelines (WRAP- Madison)

When a participant cancels a study visit, it impacts not only the study team, but the affiliates WRAP works with. The team and it's affiliates should be notified as soon as possible.


If 24 hours or less, email or call coordinator, NP, CRU, MRI/PET venue.

*eFax cancellation to CRU if applicable

*Email WBIC or WIMR if MRI or PET

*Booked (add back hold of appt type if 2 or more weeks in future)

*Database (Delete Blood Draw Date)

*Database (Update to “Cancelled” or “Remote-Cancelled” for testing and/or LP

*CoRRIE (Cancelled by participant/study+reason; add CoRRIE activity Outgoing Phone Call to reschedule, if applicable)

*If BD or LP, notify WRAP Biospecimen Coordinator (As of 11/2021 Beckie Jeffers) via email
