Work from Home - Equipment Policy

Law School Policy on home office equipment.

100% Work from Home:

If the employee works from home 100% of the time, the Law School will provide a home office setup that will include a computer (desktop or laptop), keyboard, mouse, webcam, monitor(s), and if needed a printer.

Partial Remote, Partial in Person:

The Law School will provide a laptop to employees with work at home agreements. By campus policy, core work tasks are restricted to campus owned computer equipment and should not be done on personally owned computer equipment.

In some instances, if there is equipment that is retired from active service or excess to daily operations for in building usage, an employee may be allowed to use it from home. However, that equipment is subject to recall and return if it is required back in the building. When the employee is done with the equipment, the employee is required to return it to the law school even if it is obsolete, non functional, or otherwise damaged.
