UW Law School Video Record Policies (Accessibility and Authorizations)

Summary of Video record policies.

  • All non timetable course recordings require a consent form from the presenter(s). Law School IT requires a copy of the consent form prior to video release. (Time table course recordings are those done by the instructor for their current class only.)
  • Closed captioning is required for all public Law School recordings for accessibility. It costs approximately $2 per minute. Law School IT uses the state contract vendor 3play.
