Conference Room 1369A Webcam Troubleshooting

This document is intended to be used to troubleshoot the webcam in Room 1369A, which sometimes has a problem being detected in Zoom or Teams meetings.

    Webcam Troubleshooting Instructions

    1. In Zoom, go to Settings by clicking the gear-shaped icon while in the Home tab or by clicking on your profile avatar and selecting Settings from the drop-down menu.
       Go to Zoom's Settings

    2. Select the Video settings, and then make sure the Camera is set to “HD Pro Webcam C920” in the drop-down menu.
If the "HD Pro Webcam C920" was not an available option, go to the next step.
Make sure Camera is set to HD Pro Webcam C920

    3. Unplug the power cord which runs up the wall to the TV (it has green reflective tape on it for easy identification) for around 3 seconds, then plug it back in.

If Zoom is still open, you should see the blue light strips on the webcam above the TV turn on.
Cycle the power by pulling the power cord to the TV

    4. If the room is still not being displayed in the Zoom camera, you may need to go back to the Zoom Settings and select “HD Pro Webcam C920” from the Camera drop-down menu.
Choose HD Pro Webcam C920 from Camera drop-down menu

      End of instructions.
