DUO MFA Troubleshooting UW - Started process but still not working - second step

Common issue when enrolling in DUO MFA at Doit UW. Enrollment may not be completed. See step 2.

If user fails to get smart phone notifications after beginning process, likely has not "completed enrollment" 2nd step of this enrollment process.

Check user DUO/MFA enrollment at: https://mynetid.wisc.edu/duo-portal/

User must see below window in DUO portal. Stating "You are Enrolled" and with green "Enrolled" listed on lower right green bar.
