Webex - How to Install Webex Scheduler in Outlook for Windows

This document will show you how to add the Cisco Webex Scheduler to your Outlook Desktop client for Windows

Check if Cisco Webex Scheduler Already Exists

Check to see if your Microsoft 365 administrator already added the Cisco Webex Scheduler Add-In

This applies to both Outlook Desktop App and Outlook Web Access

  1. Select the Gear symbol in the top right corner  
  2. Choose Calendar | Customize Actions
  3. Click the check-box to the left of Cisco Webex Scheduler
  4. Click Save

Note - If prompted, please accept the prompt to continue
 
Security Prompt

Manually Add Cisco Webex Scheduler Add-in

  1. Select the Apps icon and click Add Apps
  2. In the search bar, enter Cisco Webex
  3. Click the Cisco Webex Scheduler App and click Get Add-in

Create a Webex Meeting

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab and select New Event
  2. Add your meeting title and add your invitees
  3. Select Cisco Webex Scheduler and accept the prompt and click Get Started
  4. Select the radio button for uwmadison.webex.com and click Next
  5. Enter your Primary Email Address and proceed through Single Sign On
