WiscVPN - Disconnecting from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect Client (Chromebook)
This document explains how to disconnect and sign out from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect app from a Chromebook.
Disconnecting from the Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN in the Chromebook App
- Open the GlobalProtect app.
- Click on the green shield icon above CONNECTED.
When GlobalProtect is disconnected, the entire app screen will appear gray with the words TAP TO CONNECT in the center of the screen.
Signing Out of the GlobalProtect App on a Chromebook
- Navigate to the GlobalProtect menu from the main screen and select Sign Out.
- Click Continue to sign out.
