HelioCampus AC - Survey - Export Survey Results [UW-Madison]

This document explains how to use each export button on the HelioCampus AC Survey Results page.

If you manage a survey, and choose Survey Results, you will see two export options.

  • Option A: The top export menu exports an overview of the survey including the response rates, total surveys and number of completions. There is also an option to export the survey form that was used to complete this survey.
    Select an option from the drop-down menu below the "Export" button

  • Option B: The lower export button creates a PDF of everything seen on the screen.
