The error reads: 

OpenSAML::FatalProfileException Error

Issue

Users are trying to login to edit a WiscWeb site and receive the error noted above. 

The error is an indication that WiscWeb is experiencing an issue related to Shibboleth. 

Resolution

There are no known workarounds for this issue. A user must report it to the WiscWeb team for remediation. 

The easiest approach is to fill out the Customer Support Form. 

In the radio button selections, designate that this is an Emergency Issue.
