Putting in a Request for Prism Graphpad
Instructions for how to put in a request for Prism Graphpad and its activation.
- Graphpad licenses can be requested through this simplified google form.
- Note: You must be signed into your UW account in order to access the form.
- Licenses are per computer.

License requests are then processed through our payment system.

An email is then sent to the user from Graphpad with activation information.

- If you are requesting a license transfer from one computer to another, please email licensing@doit.wisc.edu with:
- Old computer ID
- New user email
