The suite they need access to,
And the duration of time for which they need access.
If a staff member no longer needs access, you can also email internal-operations-team@office365.wisc.edu to arrange for the pick-up or drop-off of their fob.

Packages delivered to 700 Regent Street will be left in the hallway closest to the suite door noted in the delivery address.
United States (U.S.) Postal Mail
U.S. Postal Mail will be delivered to the mailbox hanging on the wall outside of Suite 204.
The Internal Operations Departmental Assistants working in Suite 201 and Suite 204 have access to the mailbox key.

Hoteling Reservations
Suite 204
Hoteling spaces are available for use Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
There are 15 hoteling spaces in Suite 204. They are available for individuals who need temporary office or work space. They are intended for short-term use by DoIT staff and campus partners.
Workstations include:
- Desk and an adjustable chair
- Docking station with two monitors, keyboard and mouse
To reserve a hoteling space during available hours, please email internal-operations-team@office365.wisc.edu 1-2 business days in advance and provide the following information:
- First and last name
- Date(s) you would like to reserve the space
- Work start and end time
- If you do or do not have access to the suites at 700 Regent Street
- If you need visitor parking for the day

Parking
Visitor Parking
Staff visiting 700 Regent Street for a business related event or meeting can use a visitor parking pass.
Please email internal-operations-team@office365.wisc.edu 1-2 business days in advance to coordinate your visitor parking.
Parking for Staff Assigned to 700 Regent Street
Staff assigned to 700 Regent Street have the opportunity to apply for on-site parking.

We currently have 5 underground parking spots and parking in the covered ramp located behind the building.
- Parking permits run from September 1st (of the current year) to August 31st (of the next year).

Staff will set up parking deduction through their payroll to cover parking expenses.

Wellness/Nursing Room
There is a Wellness Room in Suite 201 behind the front desk.
It has a recliner, refrigerator and locking door with a sign that notes if the room is in use.

If you notice something in Suite 201 or Suite 204 that needs attention or repair, please email internal-operations-team@office365.wisc.edu.
