Accessing Shared Services IT Web Portal

The Support Request Portal allows you to easily review all of your open and closed support tickets, search help topics and knowledge base, and submit new support request forms.

To submit a service desk ticket, click on this link:

https://jira.med.wisc.edu/servicedesk/customer/portal/7/

NetID login

Next, click on the NetID Login and enter your NetID and password, it will bring up a Duo prompt.  Once logged in you will have different request options to click on.

In the top right corner you will also see a button to look at your requests.  You can still submit a form from https://it.med.wisc.edu/forms/ or email support@med.wisc.edu and those will also show up under Your Requests in our updated Ticket Portal.

My requests    

“My requests” will take you to all the tickets you have put in.

All requests

“All requests” will take you to a list of all requests that you have created or you are a participant of and you can filter that list to find something specific.

Clicking on the SMPH IT icon in the upper left corner will take you back to a list of portals for the different groups, the help desk is the Shared Services IT.
