Troubleshooting and Notes

  • Use the same account. Make sure you use the same NetID or Print Card Number to release the print job at the station as the one you used to send it.

  • What is a NetID? Your NetID is the username you use to log in to Canvas or the first part of your UW-Madison email.

  • Check the printer. Verify that the correct printer was selected when sending your print job.

  • Still not printing? If the job doesn’t print and the steps above are correct, ask a staff member to check the printer for paper or ink issues.
