• Icebreaker: What’s one book on your reading list this year? 

2:15-2:25 – Review PD Subcommittee needs for Spring 2025 (Carrie) 

• Sign up for PD subcommittee chair (everyone does this once per term, at most) 

• Review chair responsibilities 

• We also need two presenters for PD grant brown bag:  

• Tuesday 2/4 (1-2pm) and Wed 2/5 (1-2pm) 

• Sign up for note-taking for March/April/May 

2:25-2:35 – Share highlights from annual report (Abbie) 

• Questions, discussion  

2:35-2:50 – Prep for next meeting in Feb (Jeff) 

• Overview of PD Grant review process and need for calibration 

• Next steps: Scoring 3 sample proposals before next time. Make a copy of the rubric and record your scores. 

• We’ll do a scoring calibration activity at our next monthly meeting in February 

2:50-2:55 - Confirm meeting dates for spring semester
