NOTE - Software titles with an * after them will be automatically installed via BigFix Policy if they are removed from the computer, unless the the computer is in a group exempting them from the install. These programs will not appear as an Offer. Programs with the ** after them are not available as Offers and are not automatically installed via BigFix Policy.
Standardly, if an Offered program is already installed on the computer an Offer will not be present. There could be instances where a program should be available as an Offer, but it is not and the program does not appear to be installed on the computer. In this case, registry and\or file cleanup needs to be performed to allow the Offer to be present, otherwise the software should be installed manually.
