Updating CAE Username on Workspace 1 Macs

You must be connected to the ENGR network for this process to work.  This means you need to be connected to the wired network in a CoE Building, or be connected to the engr-split or engr-full VPN if you are off campus or on Wi-Fi.

1.  Sign into the Mac as normal
   
   
   
   
2. You will be prompted to re-enter your CAE credentials, but the username will already be set and unchangeable.  Click "Cancel".
   
   
   
   
3. Go to the Key icon in the upper right corner of the screen, near the clock.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on "Sign Out"
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Key icon again and click "Sign In"
   
   
   
   
6. Enter your new CAE credentials
