Lab/Shared Apple Macs at SJMC
Logging In
To log in you may enter the user name guest and an empty password. When using the guest account all data is wiped and unrecoverable when you log out.
Another option on the desktop computers in labs and the JRR is to log in with your UW-Madison NetID and password. When logging in using this method data is stored on the computer locally and may be available the next time you log in. Do not count on data being saved though as the computer drives are cleared occasionally to free up space.

Room Information/AV Help and Reporting Computer Issues
In the upper right corner there is an icon labeled Click for room info KB. Double click it to open a browser window with information on SJMC spaces and AV help.
There is also an icon labeled Report computer issue. Double clicking will open a browser window to a form when you can submit any issues or feedback on lab computers.
