General Incident Updates

  • Created Stakeholder relationship on Incident
  • Moved Specifics designation from group map to category/subcategory
  • Added hidden field on Incident to identify what email handler processed email
  • Worked on Logistics/Repair workflow
  • Updates to Techstore Specifics

General Problem Updates

  • Added an internal outage calculated field

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Update task dependency on SE Audit Tasks
  • Improved IP/DNS workflow
  • Updated Task Widgets on Dashboards
  • Added date created/modified to all CI's

Workflow Updates

  • PAF updated security email for transfer PAFs.
