WiscIT - Lookup Team Membership and All Teams of a Given User

This document details both how to view the members of a given team and also how to view all the teams of a given user in WiscIT.
To view the members of a given team:

  1. Log into WiscIT.

  2. Navigate to the Search Manager. For steps on accessing the search manager, see WiscIT - Accessing the Search Manager

  3. Set the Association to "UserInfo"

  4. Open the Global folder and double click the Lookup WiscIT Team Members.

A prompt will appear to select a team, then that team's members will display.


To view the teams of a given user:

  1. Log into WiscIT.

  2. Navigate to the One-Step Manager. 

  1.  Set the Association to "None"

  2. Open the Global folder and double click the Look up a user's teams (with popup).

A prompt will appear to select a user, then that user's teams will display.
