(Madison) Routing slip template
These are the routing slips used by UW-Madison to route campus items. The "Return" slips should be printed on salmon colored paper, the "Route for Hold" slips should be printed on green paper.
Return to UW - print on salmon or orange
Route for Hold - print on green
UW System return - print on yellow
All UW System Libraries - print on yellow
Switch Consortia return - print on white
If a UW-Madison library is not listed on the routing slip this may be an indication that the library does not receive red box delivery. Use campus mail or another mechanism to return the item to its home location.
