Knowledgebase Maintenance Outage (05/10/07, 7:00PM-9:00PM)

The DoIT Knowledgebase will be unavailable on Thursday (05/10/07) from 7:00PM to 9:00PM due to scheduled server upgrade.

This maintenance outage effects all websites and applications under the following domain names:

  • kb.wisc.edu
  • helpdesk.wisc.edu
  • kb.doit.wisc.edu
  • support.doit.wisc.edu

Please note that KB Admin Tools, help desk NetID utility, help desk staff schedules, help desk customer satisfaction survey, and virtual whiteboards are also included in this outage.

Server upgrade was completed well within the outage window. All major applications and services were tested to be working.
