The KB (Knowledge Base) server will be down for maintenance on Thursday evening, February 21. All KB websites and pertinent Help Desk tools (running on helpdesk.wisc.edu) will be unavailable from 7:00 PM through 7:45 PM.
This maintenance outage is necessary for OS security patches and hardware BIOS update.
