Completed:: The KnowledgeBase service will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes during our normal Sunday morning maintenance window between 07:00AM and 08:00AM CST on 12/09/2012. This service interruption is necessary for enabling database replication for the production Knowledgebase server.
