1. New KB sites since Last Monthly Meeting

   1. Cybersecurity - Risk Management & Compliance (UW-Madison)

2. Changes and Improvements since Last Monthly Meeting

   1. Classic Editor retired
   2. "File" menu removed from TinyMCE (previously only contained "New Document" option)
   3. Institution CSS now loads for internal and external previews
   4. Updated styling for custom buttons
   5. Drag-and-drop support for images
      1. Supports .png, jpeg, .jpg, and .gif file types
      2. Limitations
         • Files will be renamed
         • Smaller file size limit than standard upload
   6. Document edit screen changes
      1. Field labels changed to mixed case (previously camel case) and colons removed
      2. Required fields marked with asterisks
      3. Placeholder text added for text fields
      4. "CleanURL" renamed to "Custom URL" and moved to "Additional fields" section
      5. Default editor height increased
      6. "Preview" and "Save change" buttons larger
      7. "Compare to active version" and "Revisions" links renamed and moved
      8. Relabeled doc attachment link and removed prompt

3. On-going and Proposed Changes

   1. Creation of custom 431 error page - "Request header fields too large"
      1. Typically caused by too many/large cookies
   2. KB User's Guide
      1. Updating documentation for TinyMCE
      2. Adding support/contact us page
      3. User testing homepage/layout updates
   3. Preparing to upgrade to PHP 8
      1. Timeline still TBD, but may require planned outage
   4. UW-Madison site theme update on April 7
      1. Fonts switching from Verlag to Red Hat Text and Red Hat Display
      2. Increased body font size
      3. Updated styles for feedback buttons
   5. Exploring Wiki migration options
