Help Desk - Checking Manifest Lookup Tool for UW-Madison Zoom License Eligibility

The UW-Madison Zoom instance has multiple Manifest groups that will impact a user's experience of Zoom. When troubleshooting an issue especially around expected features, please refer to the Manifest Lookup Tool to see what group a user is in, if any.

Manifest Group Path ID Description
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:licensed The "licensed" user type that someone would get when they log in.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:add_on_plans:large_1000 User will be assigned the large meetings 1000 add-on plan.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:add_on_plans:large_500 User will be assigned the large meetings 500 add-on plan.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:add_on_plans:webinar_1000 User will be assigned the webinar 500 add-on plan.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:add_on_plans:webinar_500 User will be assigned the webinar 500 add-on plan.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:sub_accounts:hcc User will be moved into the HCC subaccount. (HCC stands for "Health Care Component" meaning the user would have increased HIPAA protections on their account.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:zoom_groups:extension User will be added to the Extension group and will inherit Extension's default/required settings.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:ref Will have the sub-account "groups" in them.
uw:app:zoom:service:policy:zoom_groups:securezoom User will be added to the Secure group and will inherit this group's default/required settings.
No Manifest group This user is not eligible for a UW-Madison Zoom license, and will have a "Basic" license listed.
