The AROTC uses Citrix Workspace to remote desktop into government machines. From there they can access DoD sites and accounts.

To install Citrix Workspace, go to the Microsoft Store and download the app.

For the AROTC to access their remote desktop, they need to use https://cteamcaci.goarmy.com in the company URL bar, and have their CAC (common access card) inserted into the computer.

If they receive an error that does not let them sign in:

1. Search for InstallRoot 5.5 on a web browser, download, and install the application.
2. Run the application
3. Click Install Certificates in the upper left-hand corner.
4. Click OK on the pop-up dialogue box.
5. Click Save Settings in the top ribbon.
6. Restart the computer and try to access Citrix Workspace again.
