States/Timers in ARROW
This section provides information about ARROW timers associated with each submission state.

| Pre-Submission (IR) | 180 days | 45, 90, 150 days | At deadline, study moves to the Withdrawn state (see below). |
| Withdrawn (IR) | 180 days | 30, 60, 90 days | In this state, study teams can forward the study back to pre-submission. At deadline, study will move to the Archived state. Study team will need to start a new application. |
| Issues Pending (IR) | 45 days | 15, 30 days | At deadline, study moves to the Pre-submission state. |
| Pre-Submission (Change) | 60 days | 15, 45 days | At deadline, change moves to the Archived state. Study team will need to open a new change. |
| Issues Pending (Change) | 45 days | 15, 30 days | At deadline, change moves to the IRB Withdrawn state (see below). |
| IRB Withdrawn (Change) | 365 days | 30, 60, 90, 180 days | Study team needs to submit a Request to Reactivate to move the change back to the Issues Pending State. At deadline, change moves to the Archived state. Study team will need to open a new change. |
| Modifications Requested | 90 days | 15, 30, 60 days | At deadline, the study will go back to the IRB Review of Modifications Response state and appear back in the analyst's inbox. |
