Cloning Normal or Emergency Change Requests
This DOES NOT WORK for specific change requests including Install, Decommission, IP/DNS
While in the Change Request that you want to clone, from the menu bar, Select One-Step --> One-Step Manager...

This will bring up the One-Step Action Manager window.
Make sure the Association is set to Change Request.
Make sure the Global folder is selected.
Select the Clone Normal, or Emergency Change Request One-Step, and click on RUN at the bottom.

You will see an "Operation in Progress" dialog box, then the new Change Request will appear. You will need to fill in or verify the following:
Use the SAVE button to save your work without submitting the Change Request.
When you have all the information entered, click on SAVE/SUBMIT to submit your Change Request.
This will bring up the One-Step Action Manager window.
Make sure the Association is set to Change Request.
Make sure the Global folder is selected.
Select the Clone Normal, or Emergency Change Request One-Step, and click on RUN at the bottom.
You will see an "Operation in Progress" dialog box, then the new Change Request will appear. You will need to fill in or verify the following:
- CI (Configuration Item) field
- Planned Start Date
- Planned End Date
- Check the Description field to insure it is accurate
- Fill in any notes in the Change Notes field
- Fill in the Requestor field
Use the SAVE button to save your work without submitting the Change Request.
When you have all the information entered, click on SAVE/SUBMIT to submit your Change Request.
