Support
The KnowledgeBase (KB) contains some support information on Canvas, but it is by no means exhaustive. If you are unable to find information on a particular issue or topic in the KB, you can consult external resources:
- The Canvas Community: Canvas's vendor site which contains extensive documentation on Canvas how-tos
- Canvas Release Notes: Information about new features can be found here (Canvas has a three-week development cycle)
- Other universities have created documentation on Canvas, which can be relevant to our needs—Googling particular issues should bring up other universities' sites and KBs.
