Campus Network Housing Troubleshooting (ClearPass) - Connecting with a Computer
This document is intended to guide you through the troubleshooting steps for registration and connection issues with computers in the University Housing residence halls. Note: make sure the customer is plugged specifically into the Aruba HAP if using a wired connection.
