WISC - Lost or Misplaced Software Installation Keys or Serial Numbers
This document explains the procedure for replacing installation keys or serial numbers for departmentally- or personally-purchased software. The software may have been purchased through the Wisconsin Integrated Software Catalog (WISC) or the DoIT Tech Store.
- For both personal and departmental purchases, send an email to email@example.com from a UW or WTCS email address with:
- The name, version, and edition of the software for which you need the key (e.g. Windows Server 2012R2 Standard Edition).
- The order number of the order on which the software was purchased.
