WiscWeb - Eloqua integration with Gravity Forms

The following document will walk you through how to set up your Gravity Forms form to send data to Eloqua.

Disclaimer

These instructions assume you have already set up a form in Gravity Forms with the same fields as exist in your Eloqua form.

Step 1: Plugin activation

In order to connect your Gravity Forms submissions to Eloqua, you will need to activate the UW Submit to Third Party plugin. 

This plugin can be activated by Administrators using the instructions in WiscWeb - Self service plugin activation / deactivation.

Step 2: Adding an Eloqua ID

  1. Navigate to the Settings of your Gravity Forms form
  2. Scroll down to the Eloqua section of the form
  3. Toggle on the option to Enable Eloqua Integration
  4. Populate the Eloqua Form Name and Eloqua ID fields based on the values defined in your Eloqua account

  5. Save Settings

Step 3: Adding Eloqua field IDs

  1. Switch to Edit view of the form
  2. Click on the first field you wish to send data to Eloqua
  3. On the right menu, choose Advanced

  4. Scroll to the Eloqua Field Label and add the Eloqua label for that field

  5. Repeat these steps for each field you wish to send to Eloqua
  6. Click the Save Form button
