Printing - Student Printing to WSB Learning Commons

Using PaperCut, you can set up your personal device to print to any of the printers in the WSB Learning Commons.

Installing PaperCut Mobility Print Software

Windows

 
  1. Download and run the Mobility Print installer for Windows.
  2. Select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile queue and then click Next.
    • If you would like to print in color in the Learning Commons you should also select the Departmental-Color-Mobile queue

  3. When asked for a username and password, use your NetID and NetID password.

  4. When it is time to print, print like you normally do, but select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile printer queue or Departmental-Color-Mobile queue
  5. Go to a print release station in the WSB Learning Commons or in one of the Graduate Student lounges, login with your NetID, and release your print job.
 

macOS

 
  1. Download and run the Mobility Print installer for Mac.
  2. Select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile queue and then click Next.
    • If you would like to print in color in the Learning Commons you should also select the Departmental-Color-Mobile queue.
  3. When it is time to print, print like you normally do, but select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile printer queue or Departmental-Color-Mobile queue.
  4. When prompted to authenticate, enter your NetID and password
    • (If you see “Hold for authentication” after this step, you are likely not entering your NetID and password correctly. Click for detailed Hold For Authentication error troubleshooting.)

  5. Go to a print release station in the WSB Learning Commons or in one of the Graduate Student lounges, login with your NetID, and release your print job.
