Printing - Graduate Student Printing to Lounge Spaces
Using PaperCut, you can set up your personal device to print in Graduate Student lounges for free.
Installing PaperCut Mobility Print Software
Windows
- Download and run the Mobility Print installer for Windows.
- Select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile queue and then click Next.
- If you would like to print in color in the Learning Commons you should also select the Departmental-Color-Mobile queue

- If you would like to print in color in the Learning Commons you should also select the Departmental-Color-Mobile queue
- When asked for a username and password, use your NetID and NetID password.

- When it is time to print, print like you normally do, but select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile printer queue or Departmental-Color-Mobile queue
- Go to a print release station in the WSB Learning Commons or your Graduate Student lounge, login with your NetID, and release your print job.
macOS
- Download and run the Mobility Print installer for Mac.
- Select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile queue and then click Next.
- If you would like to print in color in the Learning Commons you should also select the Departmental-Color-Mobile queue.

- When it is time to print, print like you normally do, but select the Departmental-B&W-Mobile printer queue or Departmental-Color-Mobile queue.
- When prompted to authenticate, enter your NetID and password
