UW-Madison Zoom Workplace - Alternative Hosting Workaround
This document shows how to create and start two concurrent webinars at the same time.
This workaround requires assigning another UW-Madison Zoom user as an alternative host to one of your webinars.
Workaround:

Create two webinars you would like to start at the same time.

Assign a UW-Madison Zoom account (ex: netid@wisc.edu) as an alternative host to one of the events.

As the host, start one event.

As the alternative host, start the other event.
- Alternative hosts may receive an error message asking them to end the other meeting.
- They should select "End Other Meeting".
- Note: This will not end the first event.
- Alternative hosts may receive an error message asking them to end the other meeting.
