General Student Services Fund July 1 Forms
Each General Student Services Funded organization is required to submit the following materials on or after July 1st in order to begin using their budget for that fiscal year:
- New Updated Authorized Signer Form and Statement of Agreement that reflects a July 1st date or later (even if nothing has changed with Authorized Signers)
- Position descriptions for your entire paid staff
- An updated equipment inventory that reflects any updates/changes
- Governing Documents/Constitution
As a reminder, organizations will not be able to use their budgets until these documents are submitted via the GSSF Document Submission Form.
