Webex App - Resetting Webex

This procedure takes you through resetting your Webex client. This can be done when you are having difficulty with Webex when it has been working properly before.
  1. Open your Webex App
  2. Navigate to the ? icon | Health Checker on the bottom left corner of the app
  3. Select Reset at the bottom of the page
  4. Sign back in using your primary email address
