Webex App - Resetting Webex
This procedure takes you through resetting your Webex client. This can be done when you are having difficulty with Webex when it has been working properly before.
Windows
- Select your picture or initials in the top left corner of the Webex App
- Navigate to Help | Health Checker
- Select Reset at the bottom of the page
- Sign back in using your primary email address
MacOS
- Click on your Webex App and select Help | Health Checker in the menu bar
- Choose Reset at the bottom of the page
- Sign back in using your primary email address
