Pay-For-Print - Mobile Printing

You can set up your personal device to print from any release station in a campus library or InfoLab using your Wiscard account for payment. Papercut supports Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Set-up and print from your personal device

You must be on campus and connected to the campus wireless to print

  • Install Mobility Print to your device
    • Go to PaperCut Mobility Print Setup
    • See installation instructions below for directions specific to your device type
      • You should only need to do this step once - though you can re-run the installers if anything changes or you need a different queue than you set up initially.
    • Note: If you intend to pay using a Print Card instead of your Wiscard or Wiscard Print account (this is unusual), you will need to enter the Card Number and PIN instead of your NetID when it asks for authentication.

  • Print to the desired queue from your device
    • There are a couple different campus-wide queues.  Ideally the location you're in should have signage telling you which to use there.  Otherwise check the table below.
    • See printing instructions below for directions specific to your device type

  • Release your Print Job
    • Log in to the Release Station next to the printer with your NetID and Password (or with your Print Card Number and PIN if that's what you used when you set up the printer on your device)
    • A few locations might have a QR code that will take you to a website where you may release the job instead of a dedicated release station.
