Overview
User Support Services provides frontline technology assistance for SMPH faculty, staff, learners, and affiliates. The team ensures secure, reliable computing environments, resolves daily technology issues, and coordinates escalations to specialized IIT service lines.
Services
- Desktop and endpoint support (setup, troubleshooting, secure configuration)
- Hardware/software consultation and recommendations
- Navigator ticket intake, triage, and routing to other IIT teams
- Support for IT onboarding/offboarding tasks and access setup
- Coordination with CAVS for HSLC/WIMR classroom and event support
